This website is informational. It does not accept trip requests, schedule rides, or determine eligibility. Trip authorization remains with your broker or health plan (including MediDrive where applicable).

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes or to submit PHI through insecure channels;
• Disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the website;
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting us;
• Use our contact channels for unauthorized trip booking or spam.

3. Text messaging (SMS) terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in where consent is required, you consent to receive text messages from Graceconnections about authorized transportation (for example trip reminders and day-of updates). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving broker- or plan-authorized rides.
